If you wish to arrive outside of our regular check-in hours (3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.), we would like to inform you that additional costs will apply:

  • Check-Ins between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: surcharge of 25,-€
  • Check-Ins between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.: surcharge of 45,-€

Check-out is no later than 11:00 am 

In the event that you plan to depart after our regular time, we would like to inform you of the additional costs that will apply:

  • Check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. with prior registration (the day before): surcharge of 25,- €
  • Check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. without prior registration: surcharge of 50,- €

(After 12:00 p.m. we have to invoice you for the entire following day.)

House Rules

Smoking prohibited 

We would like to politely point out that smoking is strictly prohibited in our accommodation. In the event of a violation of this regulation, a fine of €300 will be levied.


We would also like to point out the importance of waste separation in Germany. This procedure is of great importance primarily for ecological reasons, as the separately collected waste is sent to a recycling process. We therefore ask you to carefully separate plastic, paper and bottles. Other waste and organic waste can be disposed of together as residual waste. We normally take care of the final cleaning and disposal of the rubbish for you. However, if you stay longer than three days, we ask you, for hygiene reasons, to dispose of the resulting waste in the in-house garbage can.




We would like to politely ask you to ventilate regularly in the bathroom and kitchen, especially after showering or bathing. This not only helps prevent unpleasant odors, but also helps prevent mold formation.

Quite time / no parties

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that in Germany there are legally required rest periods during which a low noise level must be maintained. These rest periods extend from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Please also note that events, live entertainment, parties or gatherings of any kind that exceed the property’s established occupancy limit are not permitted.

We have reserved a private parking space for you in front of the building for a maximum of 1 car. It is best to enter the street Kirchstraße 2 in the GPS or Google Maps, from there it is easiest to get to the parking lot.

Before departure

We kindly ask that you leave the accommodation in the same condition as you found it when you arrived.

Dishes & dishwasher

We ask you to clean all the dishes or put them in the dishwasher and press the start button. We would also like to ask you to empty the dishwasher completely.


We thank you for taking all personal food items from the refrigerator with you.

Garbage disposal

Please ensure that you dispose of all rubbish in the designated rubbish bins located on the property.

Windows & lights

Please ensure that all windows are securely closed and lights are turned off.


When checking out, we would like to ask you to close the entrance door and put the key back in the key box.

Personal possessions

Please make sure you have not forgotten any personal items.

Anything else

In the event of damages 

In the event of any damage, breakage or loss of property caused during your stay, we would like to point out that the guest bears full responsibility. A deposit is required at the beginning of the rental period. This can either be deposited in cash when the apartment is handed over or processed through a credit card authorization. The deposit will be refunded immediately when the apartment is handed over, provided no damage is found. Please note that all costs for organizing and procuring replacement furniture as well as expenses for repairs by craftsmen or other service providers will be charged to the guest if this is necessary due to damage caused. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter and are available to address any questions you may have.

Lost property

If you or any of the other visitors have forgotten any personal items in the accommodation, we kindly encourage you to inform us immediately. The Historic Luxury Homes team will be happy to organize the transport and proper packaging using a reliable parcel service provider (DHL, Post, Hermes, etc.).

Your lost items will be returned promptly as soon as the costs for the organization expenses and the applicable postage fees have been paid.
